Kid and Family Fit Sweat
Looking to stay active this holiday season? Register your family for our Kid and Family Fit Sweat Session. A shorter version of our already popular Kid Fit program, this holiday sweat session will help you leave the holiday guilt behind.
Kid Fit Sweat Session: 4:30-5:30 Tuesday and Thursday
Family Fit Sweat Session: 5:30-6:30 & 6:30-7:30 Tuesday and Thursday

Mini Camp Series
Bring your kids for after-school fun on early release days or for an all day camp on those holidays where you have to work! For a small fee, you can bring them to the Kids in Motion studio to play, have fun, and hang out!
This is a personalized, 12 sessions of 60 minute training program. Participants will receive individualized attention and work on what fits their goals. This could be strength training, endurance, or agility training. Participants schedule sessions on their availability. Group training available for 2-3 people.
This is ideal for sports training program for those teams who want to get one step ahead of the competition! Focusing on skills, drills, and functional training. 5-12 Teammates $5/person each visit to the studio
Youth Strength Training
This class focuses on proper technique for lifting in the weight room as well as safety, weight room etiquette and how to properly spot.
Ages: 12 - 17
Time: Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:00 PM.

Challenger programs at the YMCA are designed for individuals with special needs ages 8-17. We enjoy making the necessary adjustments to involve all individuals who have daily challenges. Modification is the key to this program and we feel all children should be able get the Kids in Motion experience. Our program is 8 weeks long and all workouts are on Mondays from 5:00-6:00. Parents and/or buddies are encouraged to participate on an “as needed” basis.
