*This is open for members and non-member ages 10 years and older.
Guts and Glory Mountain Challenge
Test your guts on March 11, 2017 in the Inaugural Guts and Glory Mountain Challenge.
This race consist of three challenge phases; first a three mile trail run, followed by ROTC challenge initiatives and finishing with a one mile sprint to the finish.
Looking for an additional challenge? Compete to be the first one to the top of Huntington High School’s feared HILL in the 5k race down and up.
Improve your form, strength and optimize your true potential! Dynamic Bootcamp is a high intensity workout for anyone 12 and older looking to increase overall cardio and muscular strengths.
Classes offered every Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm (September-May) and 12:00-1:00pm (June-August). Sessions are four weeks and begin on the first Wednesday each month.
This is the ideal sports training program for those individuals and teams who want to get one step ahead of the competition! Focusing on skills, drills, and functional training you’re young will
be ready to get in the game.
Youth Strength Training
This six week program focuses on introducing free weight training to youth ages 12+ in the areas of safety, proper form, weight room etiquette, and safe spotting. Participants workout in a
controlled setting with instructors available to teach youth how to work out safely and properly.
$40 members, $65 non-members
1 on 1 Training
Youth personal training includes 12 sessions and all workouts are tailored to the specific participant to help them meet their goals. Sessions can include strength training, endurance training and agility training.
$120.00 members, $175.00 non-members
Group Training sessions and rates include 12 sessions and all workouts are tailored to the groups specific goals and interests. Group Training is only available to groups of two-three and not larger. Group Training rates must be paid in full by each individual participant enrolling in training and follows the same agreement policy as individual training.
$80.00 member, $100.00 non-member
Challenger programs at the YMCA are designed for individuals with special needs ages 8-17. We enjoy making the necessary adjustments to involve all individuals who have daily challenges. Modification is the key to this program and we feel all children should be able get the Kids in Motion experience. Our program is 8 weeks long and all workouts are on Mondays from 5:00-6:00. Parents and/or buddies are encouraged to participate on an “as needed” basis.
Spring Break Camp
March 20-22, 9AM-Noon. Ages 5+. Single child $20; Multiple children in family $35.
